Policy
HeadlinesMagazine.com discloses material organizational, financial, personal, employment, advocacy, or ownership relationships concerning subjects of its reporting.
A relationship does not provide the subject with editorial approval over coverage. Where the publisher, editor, or author has a material relationship with the subject, that relationship is disclosed prominently within the article.
Register of disclosed relationships
The publisher (XCOM.DEV) is associated with other projects and platforms. The following material relationships are disclosed. This register is maintained as a living document; new relationships are added before any related coverage is published.

Enhanced rules for related-party coverage
Coverage of any entity in the register above is governed by the Related-Party Reporting Protocol. That protocol requires:
- an independent editor with no role in the subject organization;
- at least two independent external sources in addition to any affiliated-organization source;
- right of reply to the subject and to any criticized party;
- a visible relationship disclosure on the article page;
- no pre-publication approval by the subject, the publisher, or any affiliated organization.

How disclosures appear on articles
When an article covers a subject with which the publisher or editorial staff has a material relationship, a disclosure notice appears prominently at the top of the article, immediately below the byline and article-type label.
The disclosure states the nature of the relationship (e.g., organizational, financial, advocacy) and confirms that the relationship does not grant the subject editorial approval over the content.
Editorial independence
No disclosed relationship provides the subject with the right to review, edit, approve, or veto editorial content before publication. Editorial decisions are made independently by the editorial desk in accordance with the Editorial Standards and Ethics Policy.
Reporting a conflict of interest
Readers who identify a potential conflict of interest that has not been disclosed are encouraged to contact the editorial desk at editor@headlinesmagazine.com. Reports of undisclosed conflicts are treated as corrections requests and processed under the Corrections Policy.
