Publication disclosure
Masthead & Disclosure
HeadlinesMagazine.com is an independent journalism and legal-intelligence publication covering human rights, civil liberties, LGBTQIA+ rights, international law, and social justice.
Editorial structure
HeadlinesMagazine.com operates as an editorially independent newsroom. The publisher (XCOM.DEV) finances the publication and defines its broad mission; the publisher does not control editorial decisions. Final editorial authority rests with the Editor-in-Chief. See the Editorial Independence Charter.

Coverage of the publisher or any affiliated organization is governed by the Related-Party Reporting Protocol, which requires an independent editor, external sources, right of reply, and a visible relationship disclosure.
Editorial Accountability
Source-led legal briefings
Published legal briefs must distinguish primary material, secondary reporting, and analysis. Each brief should identify the source title, publisher or court, source date, URL, and the date the source was reviewed.
Bylines and authors
Only real, consenting contributors with a public author profile may
receive a byline. A profile will include the contributor's editorial
role, biography, relevant disclosures, contact route, and a list of
published work. Author profiles live at
/authors/<slug>/ and contain: name, role, beats,
biography, professional background, articles, contact method,
editorial affiliations, and conflict disclosures.
The default byline HeadlinesMagazine News Desk is reserved for genuine collaborative desk reporting and short briefings — it is not used as the default byline for the majority of the site. Named journalists are preferred for original reporting.
Corrections and conflicts
Errors should be corrected with a dated note on the affected page. Contributors must disclose material conflicts before publication. See the Corrections Policy and Ethics Policy.
